cultivate strong, nurturing, and functional individuals and families.
We are committed to excellence of service and to the highest
ethical standards in providing care to our consumers.
We offer supportive skill building, assistance accessing community resources,
psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic and clinical assessments, medication
management, therapy, and 24/7 crisis assistance.
The agency also provides team-based support services:
Community Support Team (CST), and Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT).
Staff includes Qualified Mental Health Professionals, Peer Support Specialists, Psychiatrist, Licensed Therapists, and nurses, all of whom are focused on one thing:
helping those with mental illness or substance abuse problems learn to manage
their symptoms and move towards recovery and independence for a better life.
